Queen Boss, a new series on Centric, set out to reward African-American female entrepreneurs with $25,000. The show aims to help women of color with startup money after pitching their ideas to a panel of successful women.

Centric’s new reality series makes you think of the hit show Shark Tank, but geared towards black women. 18 women will have the chance to pitch their business in the hopes of winning the $25,000 for start up money.

Tomorrow at 10 @centrictv #QueenBoss is back with @robinwilsonhome on the panel!!

This show is a refreshing and positive reflection of black women working hard to achieve their goals. In a world that glamorizes the “catty-ness” of women on reality television, it’s nice to see friendly competition amongst motivated women.

Fortune identified black females as the fastest growing group of entrepreneurs in 2015, so this show is right on time. Each week, the ladies pitch their ideas and compete in a business challenge. The judges select one winner per episode, who will come back to compete for the grand prize.

Queen Boss includes some very direct women, like host Tracey Edmonds, and judges Vanessa Simmons, Judge Lauren Lake and Lisa Price. Other women you might recognize stop by throughout the season such as, Kandi Burris, Carla Hall and Micky Taylor, to name a few.

Queen Boss airs on Saturdays at 10pm on Centric.
