NEW YORK, NEW YORK - FEBRUARY 12: Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty attend the Marc Jacobs Fall 2020 runway show during New York Fashion Week on February 12, 2020 in New York City.

Jennifer Hough, Kenneth’s Petty’s alleged victim, is breaking her silence in her first-ever tv interview with the hosts of The Real.

The Real announced the exclusive interview on their social media channels earlier this week announcing that Hough will be speaking about the 1994 assault and the alleged harassment from the Pettys camp.

Hough’s reasoning behind coming out now is that she no longer wants to be afraid and wants to finally speak her truth. “I feel like the actions that were taken in regards to this whole situation have put me in a different type of fear at my age now, and it was wrong. I don’t want to be afraid anymore so the only way not to be afraid is to continue to speak up,” Hough told The Real hosts.

As we’ve previously reported per TMZ, Hough has accused the Pettys of “intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment and witness intimidation on top of the Petty’s sexual assault related to the 1995 conviction.” After the 1994 assault, Petty pled guilty to attempted rape and served four and a half years in prison.

However, Hough’s recent desire to speak has angered Nicki Minaj’s fans. The Barbz have voiced their “theories” as to why the Pink Friday rapper is being roped into Petty’s legal issues. They claim since Nicki has been speaking out against COVID-19 vaccines as of late, it is all a ruse to dismiss their favorite rapper’s message.

Take a look at what the Barbz have to say:

Although some Barbz did come to the defense of Hough and mentioned her retelling the story accusing Hough of being a white woman who was just lying on behalf of Petty.
