Sickle Cell Educational Forum

September is Sickle Cell Awareness month. The forum will focus on a panel discussion with audience participation. Panelists will include those who have been directly impacted by the disease as well as professionals who have spent years providing service to sickle cell patients.

Candlelight Vigil

A Candlelight Vigil will be held  Saturday, Sept. 29 from 7-8:00 PM in front of the Hoke County Courthouse at 304 N Main.  We will be remembering those who have lost their lives to opioids and the drugs and raise awareness of the opioid crisis in our community. There will be prayer, singing, reading and family recognition.  Sponsored by the Hoke Co. Health Department and the Hope-n-Hoke Committee.  For more information call 910-875-3717.
